Modo de Uso

1. Sit on a chair or bed with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
2. Hold the donner by its two handles. Stretch the opening of the compression stocking over the central frame, pulling it down to the heel pocket. Ensure the stocking is right-side out and the heel is properly aligned.
3. Lower the donner to the floor, keeping hold of the handles. The stocking should now be held open in a funnel shape.
4. Slide your foot into the opening, toes first, until your heel seats into the heel pocket of the stocking.
5. Gently pull up on the handles, guiding the stocking up your foot, ankle, and calf. Use a slow, steady motion — do not yank.
6. Once the stocking is past the calf, remove the donner by sliding it out from the top of the stocking.
7. Finish adjusting the stocking by hand: smooth out any wrinkles, ensure the heel is centered, and the top band sits at the correct height (below the knee for knee-high, at the thigh for thigh-high).
8. To remove the stocking, reverse the process or use the built-in take-off hook (if equipped) to pull the stocking down from the top.
