The Ortese Separadora de Joanete e Hálux Valgo are silicone gel toe separators designed to relieve pain and discomfort associated with hallux valgus (bunion deformity) and overlapping toes. Made from soft, medical-grade silicone gel, the orthotic fits between the big toe and second toe, gently realigning the big toe toward its natural position and reducing pressure on the bunion joint. Modo de Uso

1. Wash and dry your feet thoroughly before application. Ensure the skin between the toes is clean and free of lotion or powder.
2. Hold the orthotic with the wider, curved portion facing the big toe and the separator portion fitting between the first and second toes.
3. Slide the separator gently between the big toe and second toe. The bunion pad should rest against the inner side of the big toe (the bunion area).
4. Adjust the position so the orthotic is comfortable and does not pinch or rub the skin. The big toe should be gently straightened, not forced into an unnatural position.
5. Put on socks and footwear as usual. The slim design should fit comfortably in most shoes with a wide or medium toe box.
6. For first-time users, start with 1–2 hours per day and gradually increase wear time as your feet adapt. Do not wear overnight initially unless advised by a podiatrist.
7. After use, remove the orthotic, wash with mild soap and warm water, and air dry. Dust with a small amount of talcum powder if sticky.
8. Replace when the silicone becomes torn, discolored, or loses elasticity (typically every 1–3 months with daily use).
